Q: Can I bring my own decorations?

A: Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations to personalize the space. We can provide some guidance on setup to ensure a seamless integration with our venue. We have a no loose glitter and confetti policy to ensure we sustain a business community for various audiences and events.

Q: Does my rental include tables and chairs?

A: Yes! Tables and chairs are included for all Brick Studio in-house rentals. We do offer off-site rental services as a service.

Q: Is outside catering allowed?

A: Yes! We believe in allowing our clients to build an experience that brings their vision to life in every aspect, we also believe in building community with as many outside vendors as possible.

Q: Is set-up and break-down included in my rental?

A: We have built several pricing options that allows our clients choose what fits their vision.

  • For our by the hour pricing option we provide 60 minutes of complimentary set-up time, any additional time will need to added in with the rental.

  • Our by the block packages include set-up and breakdown time however, it does not include complimentary 60 mins.

Q: What is Brick Studio capacity?

A: Brick Studio can comfortably accommodate 100 guests seated and 125 standing. This is also contingent upon the layout of the space, vendors and decorations set-up.

Q: Where can I park?

A: Brick Studio has a designated parking lot for primary parking and nearby on street parking as a secondary option.
